These 2 little angels are a little under the weather, much like this picture day.
Wilson came home from school yesterday with a moderate fever and a cough. He's pretty puney, laying around alot and not eating much (no surprise there). Hopefully it's not the flu and he'll be better by tomorrow for the Tennessee game!!!!
Henderson has had a croupy cough for over 3 weeks now, so I finally took him to the Doctor. He was wheezing and possibly has asthma. We did a nebulizer treatment in the office and went home with one with instructions to give it to him every 4 hours while awake. FUN.TIMES!

He's gotten better with it the last couple of times - I've learned to trap him in his highchair and turn on Barney. He seems to be realizing that no matter how hard he cries, it's still going to happen, so he's slowly giving in and just letting it happen! The treatment lasts about 15 minutes, so it's not a fun 15 minutes when your child is thrashing and screaming and sweating out a days' worth of liquid!
This little wonder of God is quite healthy, thank goodness. She's busy with kindergarten and all I can say, without going into a lot of details, is THANK.YOU.JESUS for this blessing in my life. She is mature beyond her years and she teaches me so much!

can totally relate with the nebulizer and breathing treatments. we have certainly done our fair share with elle! although we didn't have to do them quite that young. hang in there! hope the boys get better soon.
Welcome to the nebulizer club! We've had one since MM was 2 and we keep the meds on hand at all times! Whenever either one of them starts getting a cold, they start wheezing-Fun! They make a little mask that looks like a fish and and other creatures which helped us - you may already have one - then turn on their fave cartoons. They have both learned it's easier to just give in than to fight it. Anna started having to use it when she was about a year old so we've certainly had our fair share of breathing treatments too! Oh, and if they gave you Albuterol and it makes him wild (which it did for MM), they can usually change it to Xopenex which is not as stimulating and works well too!
Yuck! Sounds like you have your hands full.
The nativity smocked outfits are too cute! I've not that design before, but I love it!
I've heard this is a great time to go to the beach. When you said "no crowds" you were speaking my language!
Hope all your little ones get well soon!
Hope things are improving in your home.
Love the smocked outfits!
BEAUTIFUL family!! Your little girl reminds me of you! Sorry about all the illness around your house..no fun! I work at an asthma, allergy, immunology clinic these days, so I know about those breathing treatments. Poor little guy, hope he clears up soon!
